Interesting Homes of Charleston

I’m a Charleston SC based Realtor with a passion for interesting homes. Interesting doesn’t necessarily mean expensive or large. Interesting, to me, means that the home either intentionally or accidentally has character. It’s a distinctive element that is difficult to define but you intrinsically know it as you enter the home or even step foot onto the grounds. The architecture, interior design and/or landscaping, although perhaps quirky, just seem to work and blend seamlessly into the surroundings. Instead of being overwhelmed by 10,000 square feet of luxury with all the bells and whistles of a shiny new Lexus, you get the feeling that this is a space where you, family and friends will feel comfortable and at ease. Your home and surroundings complement your style and become an extension of your character. This is why we buy interesting homes. Walk into one and you’ll learn so much about its owner. Purchase one for yourself and you’ll find a partially finished canvas that is just waiting for you to add your colors, textures and individual artistry. That’s what truly makes it interesting.
With that, I bring you Interesting Homes of Charleston. At the time of posting, unless otherwise noted, all these homes are currently available and for sale. Enjoy!
